License Agreement

1. License Grant

When purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects.

Unless otherwise specified:

• One license is valid for one developer seat
• Licenses may be used in client and internal projects
• You may build and distribute applications that include DayFlow Pro as part of a larger product

This license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute DayFlow Pro packages
• Share private package access tokens or license keys publicly
• Remove or bypass license verification systems
• Claim DayFlow Pro as your own product
• Use the product in a way that violates applicable laws

3. Updates & Support

Your purchase may include access to updates and support for a specified period depending on the license type.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Yearly licenses include updates and support during the active subscription period
• Lifetime licenses include one year of updates and support from the purchase date

Future features, integrations, or major versions are not guaranteed.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided after license delivery. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranty

DayFlow Pro is provided "as is".

While we aim to provide stable and reliable software, we cannot guarantee that the product will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

DayFlow Pro is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from:

• Misuse of the product
• Unsupported modifications
• Third-party services or dependencies
• Incorrect implementation or deployment

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses in cases of abuse, piracy, or serious violations of this Agreement.

8. Changes to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the product after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
